How Critical is your 3rd-party software?

Not very critical - We could get by without it or we could probably do the same thing with a mainstream or office program.  It is only installed on a few machines.

Fairly Critical - It would be inconvenient if we had to switch to some other system and would prefer to keep the software. It is installed on about half or less of our machines.

Are you kidding? We wouldn't be in business without it.  It is installed on 75% or more of our machines!
