Downloaded Windows Games - Won't work in Linux. However, CnR has many games you can download.
Online Games - May or may not work. Pogo.com has many games that work very well in Linux, but not every game will work.
Store-bought Windows/MAC Games - Will not work out of the box. Emulation can overcome this issue and Transgaming Technologies have a subscription program that will play many Windows games in Linux and Loki Games actually translate (aka "port") Windows games to run on Linux.
