What to expect after purchase.
The store is designed with a standard web-based point and click interface. To get back to a previous page, use the Back button on your browser.
Clicking on the
button adds
an item to your cart. Click on Continue Shopping to go back to the previous page and navigate the store to add more items to the cart.
Whenever possible, we provide photographs of our products. Illustrations that approximate the product are provided whenever actual photos are not available.
Some translated product descriptions are available. Our shopping cart, Paypal, will translate itself to your country's primary spoken language once you select your ship-to country.
Paypal provides the shopping cart in which we process online orders. Using Paypal allows us to accept a wide variety of payments, process your order quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

When you go to checkout, there
will be a link below the login that will
take you to a standard Shopping Cart Checkout form. It will
not
sign you up for Paypal and you can use your credit card as normal.
Yes, however, money orders have to be done the old fashioned way. Here is how to order:
- Add the items to the shopping cart as normal.
- View the shopping cart.
- Print the shopping cart contents and prices.
- Mail the shopping cart contents with your payment to:

Collect On Delivery orders are not available through Gigastrand.
We require a full payment on an order before we can process it.
Once your order is complete you will receive a payment confirmation from Paypal. Unless additional communication is requested the next communication you will receive from Gigastrand is our ship confirmation with tracking info when your order is shipped.
Exceptions: US Postal Service orders will not receive a ship confirmation from Gigastrand unless you specifically request it.

Distributions (LinuxMint for example) often have built-in support for other languages and keyboard layouts.
All of our PCs are rated for 110 or 220 volt. The computers we carry currently come only with the US power cord with the option to purchase a power cord made specifically for your locale.
